This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HRIS administration experience, with demonstrated success in a senior or lead capacity. Proven experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives. Deep knowledge of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. MUST HAVE PeopleSoft. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for HRIS-related strategy, configuration, and optimization. Develop and deliver advanced analytics and reporting solutions to support HR and business leaders. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to lead HR technology initiatives from concept to execution. Provide mentorship and training to peers and junior team members. Stay informed on HR technology trends, best practices, and compliance requirements. Influence and support the organization’s strategic decisions regarding HR systems and analytics.
