Experienced Relief Escrow Officer

We are seeking an experienced Relief Escrow Officer (Floater) with a strong background in resale transactions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise handling escrow files (commercial experience a plus), excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule to cover multiple office locations as needed. Responsibilities include managing the escrow process from start to finish, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience as an Escrow Officer is required. Duties Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing Provide seamless relief coverage for branches, ensuring clients receive consistent service. Review contracts, instructions, and documents for accuracy and compliance. Prepare, balance and finalize settlement statements Manage receipt and disbursement of funds in accordance with escrow instructions and company policies. Resolve file issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents and attorneys providing regular updates and professional, proactive communication. Experience Previous Escrow Officer experience with strong resale knowledge (commercial experience a plus) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously Skilled in preparing escrow documents and settlement statements, handling the disbursements and resolving file issues.
