Description Join Leidos in a pivotal role as a Senior Program Manager within our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about technology and innovation in Mission Software, Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Offensive Cyber, Analytical Methods, Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. What You'll Be Doing: Serve as the primary liaison for Government and Contractor senior management. Strategically allocate resources—staffing, facilities, and budgets—to fulfill contract requirements effectively. Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and other contractual deliverables. Facilitate cross-discipline integration to meet the Government’s operational needs. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing budgets dedicated to risk management activities. Prepare and deliver program status reviews and other formal presentations to the Government Program Manager. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of program staff, ensuring a high level of capability. Effectively communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Manager promptly. Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations. Assist the Government Program Manager with statutory acquisition reports as needed. Coordinate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering proposals. Contribute contractor insights to Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan reviews or Award Fee reviews. What Does Leidos Need From Me? Experience:

A minimum of 15 years in program or project management with a background in managing complex programs and contracts. Knowledge:

Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies. Leadership:

Proven experience managing diverse multi-task contracts and leading in a multi-vendor environment. Certification:

PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 3 in Program Management certifications are preferred. Clearance Requirements: Active Clearance:

Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: A college degree is preferred. Advanced expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and program costing. Strong experience in preparing and presenting program status reviews to senior leadership. Familiarity with coordinating Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering proposals. This position is based in Columbia, MD. $148,850.00 - $269,075.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline and factors in responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
