Lead Program Manager

in our

National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) . Join our talented team making strides in Mission Software, Security Engineering, and more. Role Overview Take charge of a Large-Scale System Development (PM-LSSD) program, ensuring successful management of an ACAT-1 Major Defense Acquisition program.

Act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer, Government Program Manager, and reports directly to the Division Vice President.

Contribute actively to cost management, schedule tracking, risk management, and quality assurance to lead the program's success.

Utilize expert communication skills to guide technical resources and report on progress and challenges while reviewing technical documentation.

Required Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience managing programs exceeding $100M/year in system and software development, including:

Five years leading an ACAT I Major Defense Acquisition Program with experience in generating Earned Value Management (EVM) deliverables.

Five years of leadership in Large Solution Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) system development.

A minimum of three years managing funds and resources using EVM reporting mechanisms.

PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management is required.

Active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory; please list on your resume and application.

Key Responsibilities: Allocate and manage resources (staff, budgets, facilities) effectively across the contract.

Approve earned value, Estimate To Complete reports, and financial documentation.

Ensure integration across disciplines to meet government needs and manage risks effectively.

Provide timely updates on issues and solutions to the Government PM.

Assist in statutory acquisition reporting and responses to Congressional Questions for the Record.

Facilitate the preparation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) as needed.

Quickly assemble cross-disciplinary teams to tackle urgent issues as they arise.
