We are seeking a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and enhance our guests' experiences! Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service. Inspire and motivate team members to exceed performance expectations. Maintain optimal staffing levels while fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness to uphold the highest standards. Drive profitability through efficient inventory management and waste reduction. Recruit, hire, train, and develop crew members and management. Communicate goals, expectations, and company standards effectively. Ensure compliance with cash control, safety, and operational guidelines. Execute local marketing initiatives to boost sales. Role Requirements: Passed Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist. Must have reliable transportation and availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Valid Driver's License required. Take pride in everything you do. Value customer service and positively impact guests' experiences. Work well in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to high-quality food and cleanliness standards. Bring upbeat energy and a positive attitude to the team. Proficient with Microsoft suite, BOH technologies, and HRIS platforms. Committed to timeliness and urgency in tasks. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different forms. Competent in basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. Skilled in problem-solving and adapting to varied situations. Physical Demands: In this role, you will: Stand and walk regularly while communicating with employees. Occasionally sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Have specific vision abilities, including peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Be exposed to cooking fumes and work in a moderate noise environment. Meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities. May require intermittent travel for training and regional support.
