We are in search of a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing exceptional service.
Inspire and motivate team members to exceed performance standards.
Maintain optimal staffing and foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness to uphold the highest standards.
Drive profitability through effective inventory management and waste reduction.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop both crew members and management staff.
Communicate goals, expectations, and company standards clearly.
Ensure compliance with cash control, safety, and operational protocols.
Implement local marketing initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
Role Requirements:
Completion of the Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist.
Reliable transportation and availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Valid Driver's License required.
Pride in delivering quality work.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive impact on guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to high food quality and cleanliness standards.
Bring positive energy and a can-do attitude to the team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, BOH technologies, and HRIS technology platforms.
Timeliness and a strong sense of urgency are essential.
Capability to read and interpret various written, oral, and diagram instructions.
Quantitative skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Adept at solving practical problems with minimal standards.
Physical Demands:

Stand and walk; communicate verbally with staff; taste and smell.
Handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally be exposed to cooking fumes and work in a moderately noisy environment.
Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Intermittent travel may be required for training and regional support.
