Company Overview The company is a leading developer of power generation projects, with a strong focus on technology and project execution. Role Overview The CIO will lead investment strategy and capital formation as the company transitions into a global power platform. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee fundraising, project finance, corporate capital planning, and corporate development (JVs, partnerships, alliances). The CIO will design scalable capital structures, drive growth strategy with the Board, and build a world-class finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead equity, debt, structured equity & project-level financing. Develop/execute investment strategy tied to project deployment & offtakes. Negotiate and close financings across construction, term, and corporate facilities. Build and manage investor relationships (banks, funds, sovereigns, infra PE). Partner with CEO/Board on growth, valuation, and capital allocation. Scale a high-performing finance & capital markets team. Ideal Candidate 12+ years in infra investing, project finance, or capital markets (energy/power). Proven success raising equity, debt & structured solutions. Deep institutional investor & lender network. Strong leadership in high-growth environments. Prior CIO / Head of Capital Markets or equivalent preferred. Location:
