Nuclear Project Manager Lead

12 months contract

Overview of the Role:

Join a leading energy company as a Nuclear Project Manager Lead, where you'll drive mission-critical projects supporting nuclear operations. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead complex initiatives with budgets up to $1,000,000, directly impacting plant safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex nuclear projects and plant modifications on safety-related systems

Develop comprehensive project plans, cost analyses, schedules, and status reports

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering and construction resources

Coach and mentor schedulers, cost engineers, and estimators

Manage site-related project controls and systems

Ensure project completion within budget and timeline parameters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or technical discipline

10+ years of project management experience in nuclear or fossil industries

5+ years of supervisory/management experience

Experience with estimating systems

Strong leadership and communication skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
