Description
The Center for Global Business Programs Program Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative support staff member for the Center. This individual will be responsible for supporting incoming and outgoing international programming and continuing education programs including, customized programs of study, international faculty-led programs, the scholarship process, assisting with continuing education programs, and a variety of other international-related activities for the Lubin School of Business and, at times, Pace University in general.
Position Duties Monitoring and reconciling travel and purchase cards, assisting with special events, creating and maintaining courses and faculty program calendars, including ordering media, food and other items for classrooms, etc. Ordering supplies and books along with ensuring vendors are paid. Contribute to orientations, create and compile evaluations, make copies, review visa documentation, create transcripts and certificates, monitor the student health insurance process, and facilitate waivers. Keep accurate records, file maintenance work, and reimbursements to faculty and staff. Send listservs to students informing them of opportunities, track registrations, and support students in several other ways. For Lubin International short-term faculty-led courses, the program coordination will work in close consultation with Pace International and Pace Education Abroad offices. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time. Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and MS Office skills. Knowledge of Banner a plus
Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily. 35 total hours per week.
