Job Description
Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project standards. Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager Commercial should have:
Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with project management software and tools. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
