Job Description
Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Resolve any project-related issues that may arise during execution. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the construction department. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively under pressure. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
