Job Description Summary
The Creative Content Leader will work across all communications efforts for the GE Aerospace Research Center, creating graphics, design, and visual communications in support of internal and external communications. This role will also lead all GE Aerospace-owned channels, including social media, and will report to the Employee & Site Communications Leader.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal clients and the communications team to develop creative content for employee communications, external communications, both online and offline
Create and review PowerPoint presentations to ensure high-quality visual and content standards across the site
Oversee all on-site graphics and content for digital signage, including for key customer visits
Manage social media for the research center, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
Lead all GE Aerospace Research-owned channels, including the website, social media, podcast, and other platforms
Build and strengthen relationships across the matrix organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
Balance short-term deadlines with long-term projects, maintaining operational rigor to manage high-volume demand
Ensure all creative content aligns with GE Aerospace's branding and messaging standards
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital channels to optimize engagement and reach
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and digital media
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred)
Experience working in a highly technical environment or with technical subject matter
Exceptional written communications skills
Experience maintaining key design elements such as visual identity, branding, marketing materials, presentations, infographics, email newsletter design, and social media content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, ideally with a large industrial or research organization

Strong project management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously
The base pay range for this position is 90,000 - 175,000 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
