for a permanent position.

Contract/ Program Manager
Location:
Falls Chruch, VA((with telework flexibility as approved)
Travel:
None anticipated
We are looking for a highly skilled
Contract/ Program Manager
to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily contract operations, ensuring performance meets scope, schedule, and budget targets.
Act as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and government representatives, with full authority over contract matters.
Supervise direct reports and coordinate multiple functional areas.
Ensure availability during standard working hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays).
Apply data analysis methodologies to collect, interpret, and present insights on program performance metrics.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support management decisions.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making, risk management, and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and organizational policies.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Excel to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Perform statistical analyses and data modeling to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define analytical requirements, and ensure alignment with program goals.
Strong leadership and contract management skills.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, R). (Mandatory)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and government contracting processes.
Proven problem-solving ability in complex environments.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple functional areas with direct reports.
At least 3 years of experience applying data analysis in a professional environment, preferably in government contracting or defense sectors
Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and analytic reports.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Data Science or Computer Science.
Education and Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified associate in project management), or equivalent certification .
Certifications related to Data Analysis such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
