Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery, proposal generation, contract negotiation & onboarding. Prospect and develop existing and new opportunities with financial services customers. Engage C-suite and technical buyers to identify business challenges and position Enverus solutions as strategic assets. Identify market opportunities, prospect for new clients, and develop strategies to penetrate these markets, focusing on the unique value proposition of the Enverus energy SaaS solution. Develop account plans to grow existing accounts, working closely with retention. Accurately forecast, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Market intelligence: stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the energy SaaS space. Leadership & development: collaborate with Analysts, Marketing, Business Development, Product Specialists, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, value-based solutions. Represent Enverus at regional industry events and conferences as needed. Product knowledge and expertise: educate clients on the benefits and features of Enverus energy SaaS offerings and demonstrate value, often collaborating with sales engineers and technical support teams. Sales performance and reporting: track sales data, analyze performance, prepare forecasts, and generate reports on sales activities and progress toward goals. Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, analytics, or energy markets; proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience in SaaS and/or financial services sales, ideally within the energy sector. AI – practical knowledge and experience with AI. Strong sales acumen: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing deals. Evidence of creativity and the ability to engage with Marketing/BD teams to leverage available resources. Leadership skills: experience leading and motivating a sales team. Industry knowledge: understanding of the Private Equity sector is helpful but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions and build client and team rapport. Analytical skills: ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies. Tech savviness: familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Travel: ability to travel as required (25–40%). What We Offer
