Seeking a HCM Sales Executive to join the team! You will be responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current clients, creating new revenue opportunities for their platform of Human Capital Management solutions. You will need experience prospecting, running discovery calls/demos, leveraging current relationships, building new ones, negotiating, and a track record of closing new business and crushing quota. This is a hybrid sales position in your local area. 70% field sales & 30% virtual sales. Responsibilities include: Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory thru self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities. Profile and penetrate existing Clientele in order to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client by improving the scope of the our client\'s solution. Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers in order to further penetrate the market. Create high impact in-person presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefit of proposed solutions. Compensation: Salary is $70k-$80k with uncapped commissions First year OTE ~ $120k (there are multiple accelerators built in the plan, so a lot of opportunity to exceed this!) Top rep makes $250k Full benefits! Seniority level
