Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Project Manager | Tilt Wall | Austin, TX
Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with staff, projects and proprietary information. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials to ensure timely delivery. Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation. Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, field teams, and clients. A Successful Assistant Project Manager | Tilt Wall | Austin, TX
2-5+ years of experience supporting ground-up commercial construction projects Strong understanding of project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts Proven ability to manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation with accuracy Effective communicator, able to coordinate seamlessly between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and support project delivery with minimal oversight Team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to grow into a Project Manager role What's on Offer
