Job Description

Oversee the full project lifecycle for tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, and commercial renovation projects. Coordinate preconstruction activities including budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor buyouts. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Lead subcontractor and client meetings to ensure alignment on project goals. Monitor site activities in coordination with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Provide accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders. Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, building long-term partnerships. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Proven track record in tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, or storage projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, contracts, and construction operations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and design teams. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar project management tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a reputable South Florida GC. What's on Offer
