Overview The CI-HUMINT Analyst supports Army CI efforts to counter threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide, including supply chains. The role involves all-source CI analysis to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and information gaps, and to produce time-sensitive intelligence products to support current and future operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for mission planning and force protection efforts, identifying asymmetric threats and monitoring internal security in the area of responsibility.
Prepare intelligence analyses and recommend courses of action; produce threat assessments, trend analyses, and information papers using a multidiscipline approach; incorporate all-source information to deliver finished intelligence products.
Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to RDA, Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide, supply chains, and related threats (technical and HUMINT).
Conduct intelligence analysis to enable CI-HUMINT initiatives using established tradecraft and targeting strategies, providing detailed analysis to support full-spectrum operations.
Qualifications
12 years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership.
8 years as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community role with HUMINT activities.
5 years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including threats to DCIP, DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and foreign intelligence equipment to the DoD.
Master's Degree.
At least one of the following Certifications:
DOD Intelligence Fundamentals
Certified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2
Certified Collections Management Professional - Fundamentals
Intelligence Planner Certification
U.S. Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification.
HT-JCOE or DIA Targeting Officer Course (FHTC or equivalent) or IC equivalent.
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to duties.
Ability to perform other duties as needed.
Security Clearance Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility.
