Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Oversee daily site operations, including manpower allocation and material usage. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or delays. Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management. Mentor and train on-site construction staff to build a skilled and motivated team. Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site construction-related matters. The Successful Applicant
A successful General Superintendent should have:
Extensive experience in construction management within the property industry. Strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. What's on Offer
