Job Description
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating municipal construction projects. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and municipal representatives. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Support procurement processes by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status. Identify and resolve potential issues to maintain project efficiency and quality. The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Municipal Construction should have:
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of municipal construction processes and regulations. CM-@-Risk Delivery experience (Preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. An ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
