This position is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. You will start fully remote and transition to hybrid when an office is opened. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is preferred; candidates without clearance must be able to apply for and maintain TS/SCI clearance. What You’ll Do
We have an opening for a (Sr.) Technical Program Manager to support LILT’s government team focusing on US Government customers such as the military and national security. You will work with technical and senior leadership across the program to ensure our government offering meets the highest technical standards. Moderate travel to customer sites in the DC metropolitan area is required. Key Responsibilities
Define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with customer use cases Develop comprehensive roadmaps and manage multiple tasks with varying priorities Specify and implement provisioning, management, and monitoring solutions for government customers’ security and cyber requirements Oversee the lifecycle of solutions from technical program review to installation, deployment, and expanded usage Propose enhancements to the LILT product roadmap to improve government usefulness Serve as primary contact for government customers, collaborating with external teams, partners, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate risks Provide updates to executive management on plans, status, and issues Escalate urgent issues and drive resolution Drive project execution, develop plans, manage risk, track status, and resolve blockers Collaborate with partner organizations and government agencies to ensure success Establish goals and metrics to deliver customer solutions that meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or related field 3+ years of experience in technical product or program management 3+ years of experience working with research and engineering teams 3+ years of experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules Experience with program management software (e.g., JIRA) and content collaboration software (e.g., Confluence, Notion) Proven experience in systems engineering, program management, computational linguistics, or CAT tools Understanding of DoD/IC cyber and security standards, practices, and assessments Track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Data-driven problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities Experience with DoD/IC projects Technical background in computational linguistics or related field with AI, LLM, NLP, or CAT solutions Our Story
