Overview
Take2 is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to support our federal client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate is a user-focused technologist with experience in mobile app development, UX/UI design, and agile collaboration. As a key player on the team, you will lead the development of an employee-facing mobile application that enhances internal communication, engagement, and productivity. Education & Certification Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media, software development, or a related field with ten or more years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in the same fields with five or more years of relevant experience. Clearance Requirements

This role is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications tailored for employee use Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals Ensure applications align with branding, accessibility, and security standards Conduct testing and debugging to optimize performance across devices Implement stakeholder feedback to refine features and functionality Maintain documentation and provide ongoing support for updates and enhancements Integrate backend services and APIs to support dynamic content and user interactions Monitor app performance and usage analytics for continuous improvement Follow federal IT and data security policies Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies Ensure solutions and deliverables are accurate according to organizational policies Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer support Qualifications
Ten or more years of mobile app development experience Proficiency with programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java Experience with frameworks/libraries like React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc. Skilled in using development environments such as Android Studio and Xcode Knowledge of mobile app design principles and responsive interfaces Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation Desired Skills
Familiarity with integrating backend services and APIs Knowledge of federal IT and data security policies Experience with agile project management methodologies Ability to stay current with mobile development trends and technologies Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Take2 Consulting, LLC.
