Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Development
Design and architect scalable solutions using
Microsoft Power Platform
: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
Integrate with
Microsoft 365
services including
SharePoint Online
.
Develop systems for
employee skill assessment
,
career pathing
, and
technical upskilling
.
Define and execute strategy for
talent management and development systems
.
System Integration
Implement
API-based
and
file-based integrations
using
middleware
,
Power Automate
, and other tools.
Conduct
technical assessments
for vendor integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Business Process Automation
Automate HR and talent-related business processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain
Power BI dashboards
for HR analytics, skill tracking, and performance metrics.
Ensure data integrity and actionable insights for decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage communication with
internal and external vendors
.
Conduct
vendor technical assessments
and provide recommendations.
Work effectively in
cross-functional teams
including HR, IT, and external partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a
Power Platform Developer
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Power Apps
,
Power Automate
,
Power BI
,
Dataverse
, and
SharePoint Online
.
Experience in
system integration
using APIs and middleware tools.
Solid understanding of
HR systems
, especially in
talent management and development
.
Experience in
business process automation
and workflow design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a
cross-functional, collaborative environment
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
HR or Talent Management teams
.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
Familiarity with

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.
Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.

His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
