Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Select your locationSelect your locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Atlanta, GA# Power Platform Developer## Job Description**Job Title: Power Platform Developer****Location: Tampa, FL / New Jersey (Hybrid)****Key Responsibilities:****Solution Architecture & Development*** Design and architect scalable solutions using **Microsoft Power Platform**: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.* Integrate with **Microsoft 365** services including **SharePoint Online**.* Develop systems for **employee skill assessment**, **career pathing**, and **technical upskilling**.* Define and execute strategy for **talent management and development systems**.**System Integration*** Implement **API-based** and **file-based integrations** using **middleware**, **Power Automate**, and other tools.* Conduct **technical assessments** for vendor integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems.**Business Process Automation*** Automate HR and talent-related business processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.**Data & Reporting*** Build and maintain **Power BI dashboards** for HR analytics, skill tracking, and performance metrics.* Ensure data integrity and actionable insights for decision-making.**Stakeholder Management*** Lead and manage communication with **internal and external vendors**.* Conduct **vendor technical assessments** and provide recommendations.* Work effectively in **cross-functional teams** including HR, IT, and external partners.**Required Skills & Experience:*** Proven experience as a **Power Platform Developer**.* Strong hands-on expertise in **Power Apps**, **Power Automate**, **Power BI**, **Dataverse**, and **SharePoint Online**.* Experience in **system integration** using APIs and middleware tools.* Solid understanding of **HR systems**, especially in **talent management and development**.* Experience in **business process automation** and workflow design.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work in a **cross-functional, collaborative environment**.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience working with **HR or Talent Management teams**.* Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.* Familiarity with **employee lifecycle management**, **learning & development systems**, and **career pathing frameworks**.Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The base salary range for the tagged location is $95000- $100000 /yearly.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
