Project Engineer
who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's project site in
Baltimore, MD , you'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, project controls, and on-site management of General Contractors as needed. You’ll provide effective project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll need: Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management or Architecture 5+ years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel Solid understanding of design and construction principles with the ability to read construction drawings and perform construction administration processes Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communications skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, ACC Build, and e-Builder Sponsorship is not available for this position.
