We\'re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Program Director who thrives when teams are in sync and projects run not just on time but within budget. In this role, you\'ll manage our program team working alongside the Owner’s staff and be responsible for the overall delivery and management of the program from inception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You\'ll lead the program and oversee an extensive communications tower program, resolving complex challenges. As the onsite Program Director, you\'ll ensure progress and technical performance of the program, as well as material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. We\'ll support you with what you need to be successful. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 15+ years of project management experience including program management of communications tower installations Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Ability to work alongside our client’s teams at their offices Relocation assistance provided Preferred qualifications
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred This position will be open for at least 3 days. Job details
