Description
OVERVIEW:
Manages day to day operations of the department.
Develops and manages the department's budget for specific projects and activities.
Supervise staff and provides on-going performance feedback and addresses problems; hires, orients and trains employees, verifies competency and identifies and suggests ways to develop skills.
Manages relationships with vendors and/or outside consultants.
Propose, evaluates, and implements special projects such as new system implementation and business process re-engineering.
Directs and coordinates long range planning and evaluating; revises and implements written procedures.
Acts as a liaison to other departments for the implementation of new projects.
Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, business or a related field.
Five years project planning or related experience or a Master's degree with 3 years previous project planning or related experience.
