CERAWeek is the premier gathering of the global energy industry, convening senior executives, policymakers, and government officials for strategic discussions on the future of energy. The CERAWeek Program Committee is the principal group that organizes thematic content for the conference. The committee is comprised of S&P Global thought leaders and the leads of CERAWeek’s three program platforms: Executive Conference (EC), Agora, and Partner Programs. The Program Analyst will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Program Committee, focusing on executing defined tasks to ensure the smooth flow of information, accurate program data, and timely follow-up on Committee action items. Responsibilities And Impact Meeting & Stakeholder Support: Prepare agendas, take comprehensive meeting notes, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely distribution. Program Data & Documentation: Enter, update, and verify program information in Airtable and other platforms, and maintain organized archives. Information Flow & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely updates across systems used by multiple teams, and create simple dashboards, reports, and summaries based on program data. Document Preparation & Quality Control: Edit and format documents for clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation, and review and improve existing templates and processes. Research Assistant to Program team: Conduct targeted research on a variety of topics within the energy sector, and collaborate closely with the program and content development teams to translate research findings into actionable insights. Compensation/Benefits Information : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, with additional benefits including health and wellness programs, flexible downtime, continuous learning opportunities, and a competitive retirement planning program. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, ideally in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in events, program operations, or project coordination, preferably in a conference or large-scale event environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Airtable (or other database tools) and Monday.com. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify technical or program-related information.
