Job Description
Oversee and lead multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Develop new business opportunities through networking, proposal development, and strategic outreach Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to deliver exceptional results Collaborate with internal departments to optimize project execution and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Proven track record in commercial construction project leadership A self starter with a strong drive for business development and client growth Experience managing and motivating high performing teams History of working with repeat clients and building lasting relationships Based in Savannah or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available) What's on Offer
