Job Description
Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop budgets, schedules, and logistics plans Lead commercial construction projects ranging from $30MM to $80MM+ Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely execution Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders Support project closeout and turnover processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience leading large commercial projects from start to finish Minimum 3-5 years with a commercial construction general contractor Completed at least one $30MM+ project as a project manager Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools What's on Offer
