Join Okta as a Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), to lead end-to-end deal execution efforts across Workforce Identity, Customer Identity, and adjacent markets. Responsibilities: Partner with product, GTM, and strategy leaders to identify market adjacencies and build actionable M&A theses. Lead evaluation of potential targets, including strategic fit, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring. Drive the end-to-end M&A process: due diligence, negotiations, contracts, approvals, and closing. Manage cross-functional diligence across Product, Finance, Legal, Security, People, and BT. Present recommendations to Okta’s executive team and Board of Directors. Requirements: 12–15+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking/private equity, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of executing and integrating acquisitions at scale in SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise.
