Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project processes. A successful Project Manager should have:
3+ Years of commercial construction project management experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
