We are seeking an experienced spa leader with a passion for hospitality and a genuine, caring approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, a strong service mindset, and the ability to manage spa operations and a high-performing team. 2+ years of service industry experience in Spa Management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment Demonstrated knowledge of spa, wellness, and holistic modalities Strong understanding of 5-star service standards, spa staffing models, service/menu development, retail management, marketing strategies, and budgeting Previous hands-on spa experience (e.g., massage therapist, esthetician, or related) is preferred Genuine, caring, and compassionate with integrity and accountability Ability to maintain a strong resort presence while letting personality shine Ethical decision-making aligned with policy to enhance guest experience Ability to lead, inspire, and empower the team to achieve success Passion for health and wellness and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays What would my job responsibilities be?
Operational Management
Assist the Director in overseeing all aspects of spa operations, including guest services, treatment rooms, facilities, and amenities Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the spa, coordinating with housekeeping and engineering Implement and monitor health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures Team Leadership
Lead and manage the spa team (therapists, aestheticians, receptionists, support staff) Conduct regular staff meetings; communicate hotel policies and service/sales enhancements Recruit, interview, select, supervise, mentor, and evaluate spa staff Guest Experience Enhancement
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalized services across spa treatments, wellness programs, and amenities Provide knowledgeable guest assistance to maximize satisfaction Drive spa revenue and profitability through pricing, packages, retail, and memberships Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; report on sales and operations with data Oversee inventories, requisitions, and cost-effective usage of department materials and assets Marketing and Promotion
Collaborate with Marketing/PR to promote spa treatments and philosophies Monitor trends and implement strategies to keep the spa at the forefront of the industry What’s it like working for Four Seasons?
