Our core services include Anti-Terrorism, general contracting in secure environments, and SCIF design construction.
Job Description
Oversee the full project life cycle, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractors, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment. Manage project risk and proactively identify solutions to potential challenges to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management and government officials. Implement project management best practices and continuously seek process improvements to optimise project performance. Lead regular meetings and maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale government projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. In-depth knowledge of the project management process and methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building, motivation, and professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. PMP certification is a plus. Able to pass a background and TS Clearance What's on Offer
