Job Description
The Project Manager - Government Projects - Washington, DC will:
Lead and manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Supervise Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and field teams Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance Build and maintain strong client relationships Support multiple active projects as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Government Projects - Washington, DC should have:
8-10 years of experience in construction project management Strong background in interior construction (commercial/government preferred) Experience managing APMs or project support teams Ability to handle fast-paced projects in the $1M-$2M range Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Government or secure project experience is a plus, but not required What's on Offer
