This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational support for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. The position involves managing account assignments, overseeing registration processes, coordinating communications, and supporting event logistics.

ASAP Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Communication Enhance response times to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide timely and professional support to attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. Respond to general inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Account Management Assign exhibitor and sponsor accounts in collaboration with the Director and Sales & Sponsorship team, considering Customer Service Associate skill sets and account complexity. Reassign accounts or offer support as needed due to staffing changes or account challenges. Registration & Data Management Manage high volumes of registration-related communications. Maintain accurate attendee records and update registration systems (Maritz and Fonteva). Process customer orders and edits in line with department policies. Team Leadership Supervise a team of 10–12 staff members. Track and report on team performance and service metrics. Event Support Communicate logistics, programming, and scheduling details to stakeholders. Assist with updating and proofreading marketing materials and event regulations. Provide support to Event Operations as needed. Outreach & Engagement Develop and implement outreach plans for exhibitors and sponsors. Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote Customer Service Associate team visibility internally and externally. Web & System Maintenance Conduct web page reviews and ensure functionality of partnering systems. Edit and maintain public-facing content as needed.
