A Kforce client is looking for (2) Business Analysts Lead in the Miami area.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Principles and practices of effective team building, team leadership and conflict resolution
Advanced principles and practices of process improvement and workflow analysis
Software development life cycle A broad range of operations, services, concepts, terms, and activities common to a strategic, state-of-the-art Fintech Program
Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance
Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations
Serve as a key member of a project team and working with cross-functional business partners to analyze, design, and implement end to end Finance processes solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness/quality of processes to meet business requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field
Multiple certifications in analytics and product management
8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product management, combined with more than 10 years of relevant finance expertise, specifically supporting the technology side of the organization
5+ years of Lean Sig Sigma Experience Greenbelt required. Business Process Management a plus
5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications with either JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
High attention to detail; Excited to dig through data to get actionable insights
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and modeling skills; Excited to dig through data to drive evidence-based discussions and decision-making
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Can-do attitude and willingness to put the hours to get the job done
Low ego and high EQ; People enjoy working with you
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that will require you to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly and often, mentor junior talent, and continually build streamlined processes as the company scales
Excellent communicator; Experience partnering with stakeholders ranging from sales reps to software engineers to effectively implement financial strategy and processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that will require you to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly and often, and continually build new processes as the company scales

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
