CUCS is currently recruiting a Clinical Supervisor for Williamsbridge Gardens, a supportive housing program for low income and formerly homeless families and single adults in the Bronx.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical services housing team comprised of a mental health clinician and case managers. Each staff manages a caseload of approximately 12 families and individuals who were formerly homeless and have histoires of mental illness and/or substance use disorders. This position has significant decision making, supervisory, administrative, program management and service delivery responsibilities including but not limited to site management, program development, inter-team coordination and contract/policy compliance. This person will be expected to participate in and contribute to a program culture that is client-centered, outcome-oriented and dedicated to continuous quality improvement. The position requires a thorough understanding of relevant service delivery concepts and structures, including strong knowledge and experience working with the street homeless population.
Responsibilities: Clinical and administrative supervision of day to day operations of the building and clinical services team Oversight of the program's contractual obligations Maintenance of appropriate staff levels to ensure consistent service delivery to clients Ensuring all services are person and family centered Staff development and training Collaboration with building management and security staff around maintenance and other site-related matters On-call support to the program during evening and weekend hours Requirements
