Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Lead project meetings and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Senior Project Manager should have:

A strong background in construction management, particularly in multifamily residential projects. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
