Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Manage budgets and control costs to align with project objectives. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
