POSITION SUMMARY

This is a 6-month contract position, onsite in Atlanta. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic oversight and management of enterprise ERP system integrations. This senior-level role requires a proven track record with Oracle EBS and the ability to manage multiple ERP implementations simultaneously. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive successful ERP system outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Provide strategic oversight and management of ERP system integrations Lead the integration planning and execution for enterprise-level ERP implementations Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployments Manage 2-3 ERP projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeline standards Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and milestones ANALYTICAL & STRATEGIC PLANNING

Effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring Conduct comprehensive process management and optimization analysis Implement robust risk management strategies and mitigation plans Establish and maintain quality control standards and reporting mechanisms Develop metrics and KPIs to measure project success and system performance STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION

Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive consensus and decision-making Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management Present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse stakeholder groups PROJECT OVERSIGHT & ISSUE RESOLUTION

Track, analyze, and help resolve complex technical and business issues Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans Communicate with management regarding any issues or delays that may impact go-live timelines Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain detailed documentation of decisions, changes, and lessons learned PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & GOVERNANCE

Establish and enforce best practices for ERP system management Develop standardized processes for system integration and deployment Create governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on project outcomes and feedback Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

7+ years

of product management experience in enterprise software environments 5+ years

of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) 3+ years

of experience managing multiple concurrent ERP projects Proven track record of successful large-scale ERP implementations TECHNICAL SKILLS

Oracle EBS Expertise:

Deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functionality Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations Knowledge of Oracle EBS integration patterns and best practices

ERP Systems Knowledge:

Understanding of ERP architecture and integration methodologies Experience with data migration and system integration projects Knowledge of business process reengineering in ERP contexts

ANALYTICAL & BUSINESS SKILLS

Financial Acumen:

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities Experience with ROI analysis and business case development Understanding of cost-benefit analysis for enterprise systems

Process Management:

Expertise in business process analysis and optimization Risk management and mitigation strategy development Quality control and assurance methodologies

LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION

Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

Negotiation & Influence:

Proven negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to build consensus among diverse groups Strong influencing skills without direct authority

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PMP or similar project management certification MBA or advanced degree in business or technology Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Background in change management and organizational transformation Industry experience in relevant business sectors
