The position is assigned to Child and Youth Programs (CYP) (N96); Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Washington, DC. The incumbent serves as a CYP Program Analyst who is responsible for providing technical direction, guidance and policy development on special needs inclusion and behavior support programs, management and administration of the CYP program to all regions and functional Program Managers (PMs) within the CNIC area of responsibilities (AOR).

Must pass all applicable records and background check. Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Issuance Passport (e.g. Official Passport).
