Join a dynamic design firm where you will leverage your expertise in architecture to manage multiple projects concurrently. Utilize your proficiency in Revit and experience in all phases of design to lead and mentor a team, while engaging directly with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of architectural design projects.
Produce comprehensive construction documents using Revit.
Coordinate and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously.
Engage in client interaction to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities.
Participate in leadership discussions and decision-making processes.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit with at least 8 years of experience in the architecture field.
Experience with putting together sets of construction documents.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and experience with commercial interiors.
Strong skills in client interaction and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in design development, detailing, and rendering.
Proficiency in SKETCHup.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Work Environment
Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day from home, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.07/hr.
