Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC What You Will Do

Work closely with product managers and engineers to design product experiences that our customers and hackers love. Own the entire design process from start to implementation, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for engineering teams. Present your work and the thinking behind it at weekly design critiques with the broader design team. Champion our Design Language System by leveraging existing patterns and advocating for new ones to ensure consistency throughout our products. Identify and communicate design rationale and tradeoffs to key stakeholders. Pivot between contributing to high-level product decisions and understanding the low-level implications of those decisions. Keep your Figma files organized and collaborative to enable other designers and engineers to understand progress and collaboration points. Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of UX and product design experience (Bonus: AI, security, B2B, enterprise software products, or two-sided marketplaces). Proven ability to coach peers in AI-first design practices, re-architect workflows to embed AI effectively, and lead AI-driven adoption across cross-functional product work streams. Experience in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and summarizing findings. Strong understanding of UX and product interaction problems; ability to design in systems, not just pages. Strong history of working with product management and development teams. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Values feedback and open communication; able to give and receive feedback. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX or a design-related field. MBA degree. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Direct design experience in cybersecurity fields (e.g., attack surface management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, application security). Solid front-end development understanding.
