Staff Product Designer, Pentest as a Service

Staff Product Designer, Pentest as a Service : Remote Location - Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC. Position Summary: Experienced product designer to join our growing team, working on advancing our offensive security testing offerings. Responsibilities : Work closely with product managers and engineers to design product experiences. Own the entire design process from start to implementation. Present work and thinking at weekly design critiques. Champion our growing Design Language System. Identify and communicate design rationale and tradeoffs. Pivot between high-level product decisions and low-level implications. Keep Figma files organized and collaborative. Minimum Qualifications : 8+ years of UX and product design experience. Proven ability to coach peers in AI-first design practices. Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and summary of findings. Strong understanding of UX and product interaction problems. Strong history of working with product management and development teams. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Values feedback and open communication. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in UX or a design-related field. MBA degree. Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Direct design experience in related cybersecurity fields. Solid front-end development understanding.
