Director of Maintenance | Plant and Environmental Services Job Duties
The Director of Maintenance or Plant and Environmental Services is responsible for the overall supervision of ancillary personnel, including the maintenance supervisor, maintenance assistants, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. A high school diploma/GED Management/supervisor experience Ability to organize, problem-solve, and direct and motivate staff Plumbing, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, and wood finishing skills Knowledge of appropriate regulatory requirements A valid California driver’s license Crestwood Offers Comprehensive Benefits Packages to Full-Time Employees
