Title: Payroll Systems Analyst Responsibilities

Job Duties:

The Payroll Systems Analyst will work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Department to ensure highly effective and consistent use of all timekeeping and payroll applications. This individual assists in maintaining the integrity of payroll data/configuration within these systems, and coordinates with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Financial Reporting (FIN) and Information Technology (IT) as needed to perform assigned duties. As a knowledgeable member of the Finance and Accounting staff, they assist Payroll & Benefits department staff in analyzing and resolving production issues. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Payroll System Analyst or similar role (3 years minimum) Familiarity with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro) Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, HR or related field Customer Service focused attitude Benefits

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
