As the Catering Director, you will be responsible for leading and aligning all aspects of catering at Intuit—including Core Catering, C-Suite Catering, Tier 1 Event Catering, and beyond. You will oversee managers, directors, and hourly staff to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience across all levels of service. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture, and ensure that catering offerings consistently meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and cohesive leadership across all catering operations ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with Intuit’s culture and brand standards Drive the development and execution of seasonal catering menus, collaborating closely with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to ensure innovation, guest appeal, and brand alignment Coordinate and oversee both internal and external catering events, from planning through execution Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including comprehensive event planning services and detailed menu development Hire, train, schedule, and mentor catering staff; support the growth of managers, directors, and hourly team members through coaching, in-service training, and performance development Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive work environment that supports belonging and professional growth Ensure operational excellence for all catering functions, including labor and food cost control, food preparation, transportation, setup, execution, and post-event breakdown Qualifications
