Overview

Sr. Product Manager, IT Product Management – Madison, WI. This role partners with assigned product and business teams to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Responsible for defining the roadmap and driving delivery of a product area or user journey, collaborating across business stakeholders, development teams, design, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate the product area roadmap and drive product development. Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge and application of practices for complex programs and initiatives with creativity and understanding of specialized techniques, processes, and procedures. Be a key voice of the customer for stakeholders to ensure needs are heard and delivery teams receive support. Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements for medium-complexity work, using structured processes to gather, analyze, document, and manage changes with cost-benefit analysis aligned to business strategy. Define acceptance criteria for product features and ensure understanding by the delivery team. Maintain detailed documentation (gap analyses, business process flows, decision tables, features, and business requirements) to aid development and refinement of tools and processes. Execute plans during implementation, with SOPs, design reviews, and walkthroughs. Track product performance post-implementation and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product success; use data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability by defining requirements and acceptance criteria for test plans and cases. Create and maintain the product roadmap for the area of responsibility and communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize competing demands, and ensure alignment with product strategy and OKRs. Participate in squad ceremonies, review completed work, and manage the product backlog with grooming and prioritization. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners to drive satisfaction; influence decisions within projects with strong business judgment. Collaborate in a cross-cultural, matrixed environment to build consensus across functions; provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Communicate product updates and releases clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Uphold the company mission and values and support quality management policies; maintain regular attendance and inclusion-minded leadership. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 6+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in responsibilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products or services. Experience applying product management techniques and tools, with ability to facilitate vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy as part of an end-to-end user experience. Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to evolve product strategy based on research and data. Advanced business analysis skills including process and user flow definition and business KPIs. Ability to translate complex requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. Some experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion funnels. Ability to work with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and leaders constructively; able to learn and influence. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in life sciences, healthcare, bioinformatics, wellness, or digital health. Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics) and A/B testing tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Optimizely, MoEngage); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma). Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $89,000.00 - $151,000.00. This position is located in Madison, WI and is full-time and bonus eligible.
