We are looking to hire an Office Services Associate/ Hospitality associate to support services and exceptional client experiences. In this dynamic position, you'll provide crucial support across various functions to maintain our office's efficiency and professionalism.

Location: Washington DC

Pay range: $ 25p/h

On average, 70% Office Services, and 20% Backup Reception/Hospitality, 10% Other

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations:

As an Office Services Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Coordinating Mail Room and Support Services with precision and efficiency.

Ensuring the swift and organized check-in and distribution of deliveries.

Maintaining impeccable tidiness and cleanliness throughout the office space.

Upholding visitor offices to ensure they are consistently well-maintained and stocked.

Assisting in critical copying, scanning, and mailing projects to support various departments.

Offering backup reception coverage as required to maintain a welcoming environment.

Hospitality Support (Meeting Rooms, Snacks, Events)

Essential Functions of the Job:

Your role will encompass:

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, ensuring prompt distribution.

Running print, copy and scan jobs.

Handling Shipping and Receiving activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintaining inventory and assisting in the efficient handling of office supplies.

Supporting the upkeep and stocking of office equipment and facilities.

Responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries and requests.

Providing exceptional client service to visitors, clients, and employees consistently.

Support Office moves (packing boxes, etc)

Qualifications and Experience:

Required qualifications include:

Two or more years of experience in a service-oriented role, showcasing your commitment to high standards.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, contributing positively to our client-focused environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to operate office equipment efficiently.

Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules, ensuring flexibility in meeting demands.

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and willingness to occasionally work overtime for events and projects.

Strong attention to detail, including excellent proofreading skills.

Your expertise in a service-oriented capacity, coupled with your commitment to maintaining high standards, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
